Sony Xperia Z has almost equivalent features but an extra feature too i.e. sweep panorma and also with the better picture quality of secondary camera i.e. 2.2 MP.

Here's a point where Xperia Z lacks little in performance. Galaxy S4 comes with Quad-core 1.6 GHz 

Cortex-A15 & quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 while in case of Xperia Z, it's Quad-core 1.5 GHz Krait.

S4 covers almost every latest sensors including Accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, 

barometer, temperature, humidity, gesture while it's very limited in case of Xperia Z.

Samsung galaxy s4 available in 3 variants ..16/32/64 GB(internal) while Sony Xperia Z has 16 

GB of internal memory.Both handsets has micro sd card slot through which one can
